In CATIA V5, when I import an image in Sketch Tracer workbench, the image appearing on screen is completely blank. Why is it so?

Even after choosing 'material with shading', the sketch is completely blank in 'Set cylindrical mode'.
The required sketch appears in ' Set conical view'

Change the type of view from "Set conical view" to "Set cylindirical view"
