Live linking Solidworks with Keyshot 4

New feature of keyshot 4 is automatic geometry update of model with keyshot. Why wont it update. Keyshot 4 64 bit and Solidworks 2011 x64 premium. I have keyshot tab in Solidworks? anybody have any idea

Hi, what change are you making? Be sure to have 'Live Linking' selected from the 'File' menu.

I have modified the geometry I have live linking selected it says updating Keyshot 4 crashes
