Tutorial: How do you create a revision cloud in Solidworks drawings?

Solidworks has not included a revcloud tool in their standard toolbars because the use of revision clouds is not a recognized standard; rather, it is an ACad function that has been adopted by engineers in a variety of fields. There are, however, several methods of working around this if the engineer desires to continue using revclouds in Solidworks. The easiest method I have found is using a macro to convert splines into revision clouds. See below for tutorial.
