what's the use of model check in pro e?
it showing many errors in model and also it showing planes and co ordinate system also an error in modeling

If you want to use model for simulation or export .step .iges and stl that will be used in other software or be converted and used as data it will be better not to having errors at all because there is possibility of data loss.
You can edit those errors by yourself.
For mesh editing there is open source freeware that might help you to check if mesh is watertight or have holes.
