What sort of agreements do you use for freelance CAD/Drafting/Design work?
What sort of agreements or contracts do you use for freelance CAD/Drafting/Design work? I have been looking for sample contracts for use here in the US without much avail, however this doesn't seem to be a wide topic of discussion. If anyone has any samples that I could use/modify, I would greatly appreciate it.

as with any service done over the internet or in person a oral agreement is worthless even if its your best friend in the world. I find that getting a 30% upfront fee is warented at times. talking to your lawyer is always the best thing to do.
