When using section view, why can't I select any of the feature points?
Can anybody explain this to me?

Are corners or rims of a square (for example) something you consider a feature point?
if so, I have no trouble with selecting them when in "section view". However, of course the points of the model which have "disappeared" because of the "section view" are not selectable, which is logical.
I assume you have "enable snapping, snap to model geometry and automatic relations" enabled?
