As Jeff said go to keyshot site and you can get a student version of KS3 for a year $95 I think that is the only upside of being a student you get cheap software LoL'ss the rest of being a student sucks big time.... Opsss one more upside

I don't know about free, its usally $100.00 for a years liscance. and free for 30 days on a trial bases. but this puts a nasty watermark all through your model.
Search for Luxon, which is the maker of KeyShot.
