Currently working for Reddx Technologies Pvt Ltd ( 3DING ) at T-HUB Hyderabad India, as a Rapid prototype engineer in their Engineering Design Services team in the different domains for various global clients. Current role includes - - Design the components as per client requirements. -Involved product development (ideas to products). - Developing new products based on a new concept - Part modeling, assembling & preparing detailed drawing in 2D for Production - Feasibility study for additive manufacturing. -Working on Additive manufacturing process like FDM/SLA/SLS/ DMLS/MJP etc. and Vacuum casting/injection molding. - Reverse Engineering and re-engineering. - Conversion of native CAD (various formats) to 3D printable STL/OBJ - Orientation & support generation for STL's. - Material selection depending upon the application of part. - Applications and business development
