Working on Design of Hydrostatic bearings.
Mechanical Engineer( Trainee)
N.S engineering
•
August 2016 - August 2017
My work involved a lot of R&D as I was resonsible for designing Jigs and Fixtures for peculiar Heavy Machine parts which couldn’t be mounted on to conventional ones for fabrication. I was also responsible for preparing the work flow charts intended to reduce the production time and thus saving valuable machining time. I was also involved in a lot of Quality control operations (Destructive and Non-Destructive) where we had to test the incoming raw materials for the desired properties.
Design Engineering Intern

•
August 2016 - December 2016
My work was to design 3d printable using Solidworks and CREO PTC which were Mobile phone cases, Mechanisms, Prototypes for larger models. I also assisted in building a low-cost 3D printer.
Design Engineer Intern
Group of Engineers
•
June 2013 - June 2014
As an Undergraduate intern I learnt the use of various 3D modelling software’s and used them to create models appropriate to the industry standards. My projects included the design of a beverage crate, a pipe vice assembly and a pump housing case. I was also trained in the aspects of GD&T(Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

May 2012 - July 2012
(Summer 2012)
I was exposed to design and functioning aspects of a Light Commercial Vehicles engine. I was successfully able to Disassemble and Assemble a Karizma ZMR engine (A light commercial 4-Stroke 200cc engine). I was also trained to meet the various Mechanical and Maintenance problems LCV engines faced.

•
May 2012 - July 2012
I was introduced to several new manufacturing methods and CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Machining. I was responsible for writing CNC codes for CNC boring Machine and Milling machine.
