A 3 join pipe design in AutoCAD

Hey I'll help you out and here is a 80 mm pipe joint

  1. Step 1:

Create a polyline at any lenght, If you need flanges go check in my Projects i have 150 lbs and 300 lbs flanges

  2. Step 2:

then use the polar array command or just type "ARRAYPOLAR" then array the line you created

  3. Step 3:

Then when the special green bar pops up after you do the array or just select the object that was arrayed then type

  4. Step 4:

then use the explode command on the 3 lines

  5. Step 5:

Make sure the lines were exploded so select the 3 lines and go to quick properties and see if it says Polyline (3) and 3 being the amount of polylines that are selected meaning that they are seperate from each other

  6. Step 6:

Create a circle with the diameter of the pipe you wish to use

  7. Step 7:

Make 3 copies of this circle

  8. Step 8:

Use the sweep command found in the home tab like i present in the picture you might have to go on the dropdown because this tab has more than one command in it, then select one circle and select the one of the line so then repeat it until all 3 circles have been assigned to their own line then it will look like this picture

  9. Step 9:

then use the union command found in the solid ribbon and select all the objects and make them one solid

  10. Step 10:

use the shell command also found in the solid ribbon and select the pipe joint and then as soon as you select the object it will ask to select the faces you want to remove then you select the 3 face of the pipes and complete the command

  11. Step 11:

and then it should look like this
