Bending a metal sheet

1. Step 1: Bending radius

   Every metal sheet have a thickness as a property and it is important for a creating a 3D model.

   
   

   

   
   

   
   

   Minimum bending radius inside (marked in red color) should be at least equal to thickness of the material that is used. It could be a bigger, of course, but not smaller.

   Look at the bottom pictures.

   Outer radius (marked in blue color) = inner radius + thickness
