Step 1:
Build the Penta Section with side length = 50mm

Step 2:
Build the Hexa Section Withe the same side length and at a plane angled 142.62 degree on the Penta Plane

Step 3:
Add two axis's perpendicular at the Penta and hexa planes and in the center of each shape

Step 4:
add a 3D point int the intersection of the two axises

Step 5:
make two different lofts one for the Penta, the other for the Hexa

Step 6:
Make a new assemply and build half ball

Step 7:
make a new assembly and use the half ball assembly to build a full ball

Step 8:
add a new plane pass through the full ball center
and draw a new sketch an it using half circle radius 120mm out and 110mm inner, then close the ends with line.

Step 9:
revolve cut the scetch fine tune the fletts in the penta and hexa sides
