Here is an easier way to switch between graphic cards. The previous method wasn't stable and sometimes needed a reboot.
This solution is easier and works all the time, without any rebooting.

Step 1:
Go to your screen resolution.

Step 2:
Switch between "Show desktop only on 1" and "Show desktop only on 2". This will switch video card at the same time. It is that simple!
