How do I change the scale in a DXF when I import it into Mastercam?

Here is what I did. Sorry about my bad english.

1. Step 1:

   Open DXF file to your Mastercam, create a dimension,
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Click Scale command. select move
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Here are the formula. Value are come from mastercam actual dimension and dimension from Dxf or other references the support your DXF dimension. Input value in scale factor. finish the command
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Last check and measure the scaled entities.
   End
