How to loft the edge?

There is no direct way to do it i see. Just redraw the shape of the top again and Loft the surfaces.

1. Step 1:

   Select Top Plane Which is the top of the shape too. Open a scetch.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Draw a sketch just like the shape of the top. Be sure there are 20 edges not 10.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   You can draw 2 of them and circle pattern them 10 times.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Select Lofted Surface and fill in other options.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Everything looks just fine.
