I have a problem whit the extrude feature

Nearly same solution like above.

1. Step 1:

   Delete Sketch 6 - unnecessary
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Just delete Curve2
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Delete 3D Sketch
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Edit Sketch 5 to have it symmetrical (for the nice shape)
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Use the Sketch 5 to create spline line
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Use the spilte line to create Offset Surface (20 mm is for example)
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Use the Cut Thicken to have it removed, that's it...
