Intersection Curve
Create a curve at the intersection of two unique sets of objects.

1. Step 1:

   Open file Intersection_Curve_Model.prt.

2. Step 2:

   Select Curve tab > Derived Curve group > Intersection Curve to display the Intersection Curve dialog.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   The Select Face selection step in the Set 1 pane should be highlighted. In the Graphics window, pick the first face to intersect as shown in the image below.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Select the Select Face selection step in the Set 2 pane.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   In the Graphics window, pick the second face to intersect as shown in the image below.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   click OK create the intersection curve.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Select both Extrude features in the Part Navigator, right-click and select Hide from the pop-up menu to see the created intersection curve.
