Cylinder head right side

1. Step 1:

   open the cylinder head that you modelled before

   

2. Step 2:

   select the bodies and use combine command
   

   

3. Step 3:

   open mirror command. use front plane for mirroring.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   select the body
   

   

5. Step 5:

   untick the merge solids box and confirm that
   

   

6. Step 6:

   hide the combine1 body
   

   

7. Step 7:

   use save as command and save "Cylinder head right"
