1. Step 1:

   open a sketch on this surface
   

   

2. Step 2:

   draw shown sketch..
   

   

3. Step 3:

   cut the body
   

   

4. Step 4:

   check all bodies and click on ok
   

   

5. Step 5:

   open a sketch on this surface..
   

   

6. Step 6:

   draw two circles
   

   

7. Step 7:

   add these lines
   

   

8. Step 8:

   use trim command
   

   

9. Step 9:

   extrude it like shown
   

   

10. Step 10:

    save part 12
