1. Step 1:

   open a sketch on the front plane
   

   

2. Step 2:

   draw a line
   

   

3. Step 3:

   continue
   

   

4. Step 4:

   add a spline like this
   

   

5. Step 5:

   enter the dimensions for spline point
   

   

6. Step 6:

   enter the angle degree -90
   

   

7. Step 7:

   enter the angle value for this handle
   

   

8. Step 8:

   try to make a skecth like this. don't need to be identical
   

   

9. Step 9:

   use revolve command
   

   

10. Step 10:

    use chamfer command on the shown edge
