1. Step 1:

   open a sketch o the top plane and draw a circle
   

   

2. Step 2:

   extrude it by 33mm
   

   

3. Step 3:

   open a sketch on the front plane
   

   

4. Step 4:

   draw two line like this
   

   

5. Step 5:

   draw a spline
   

   

6. Step 6:

   enter shown value for this spline hold
   

   

7. Step 7:

   and these dimensions for the other
   

   

8. Step 8:

   finally your sketch should be like this
   

   

9. Step 9:

   use revolve command. select shown line for axis
   

   

10. Step 10:

    eraser is ready to use
