Tutorial on Modeling Bolt in SolidEdge ST4?

Tutorial.

1. Step 1:

   Start SolidEdge.
   

   

2. Step 2:

   Circle tool and then select origin.
   

   

3. Step 3:

   Make a circle of 20mm diameter on top plane by locking it clicking on the lock icon.
   

   

4. Step 4:

   Select Extrude.
   

   

5. Step 5:

   Select the circle and then right click.
   

   

6. Step 6:

   Extrude by 100.
   

   

7. Step 7:

   Polygon tool.
   

   

8. Step 8:

   Top face and then select the center of the edge.
   

   

9. Step 9:

   Distance be 16.5mm and angle 0.
   

   

10. Step 10:

    Select the region of the polygon.
    

    

11. Step 11:

    While pressing the control key on the keyboard select the region on the circular face also.
    

    

12. Step 12:

    Extrude it by 12.5mm.
    

    

13. Step 13:

    Select chamfer equal setbacks.
    

    

14. Step 14:

    Lower edge and input value 5.
    

    

15. Step 15:

    Front view (Control key + F).
    

    

16. Step 16:

    Draw a line along Z-axis of 85mm with endpoint at origin.
    

    

17. Step 17:

    Polygon by Center.
    

    

18. Step 18:

    Click the intersection of these two edges.
    

    

19. Step 19:

    Input Distance 1mm.
    

    

20. Step 20:

    Select helix under cut features.
    

    

21. Step 21:

    Select the line.
    

    

22. Step 22:

    Select the polygon.
    

    

23. Step 23:

    Click Tick mark button.
    

    

24. Step 24:

    Input turns 22.5mm. Right click to accept it.
    

    

25. Step 25:

    Now go to the end face of the thread. Select the face and then project the edges.
    

    

26. Step 26:

    Extrude it by remove at ~10mm.
    

    

27. Step 27:

    Our bolt is ready.
