Responsible for conducting system test with high capital equipment to comply with system and sub-system requirements. • Develop new methodologies of testing based on Sub-system and System requirements. • Author engineering reports and analyze data by applying statistical methods Using Minitab, a statistical software for concise understanding of system performance parameters. • Support the system team by conducting verification and validation tests. • Reading Engineering drawings and verify test fixtures;3d-printing test fixtures and test fit the assemblies.

Conceptualized and developed propulsion system of an amphibious spherical robotic vehicle. • Designed and prototyped electronic enclosure and battery management system for robot operational control unit. • Conducted a survey on IP67 sealing technologies, designed and fabricated Silicon based gaskets for water proofing the robotic system. • Assisted a team from HUTCHINSON in conducting Impact test and Dye Penetration Inspection on the Shell of the Spherical robot and documented the analysis.
