Manual bed leveling is the worse! Ultimaker & Lulzbot have auto bed leveling features. I’m an individual 3D print enthusiast but don’t go overboard with it. I’m only really familiar with the FDM type 3D printers as that type is the most affordable for a hobbyist individual. I have the Lulzbot TAZ 6. 3D printing is awesome for prototyping but can’t really handle high demand for manufacturing, though that is changing and is beginning to be capable of high volume reproducible parts of high quality, right now it’s too expensive for a small business or individual to own those types of machines . If I need a tighter tolerance or a material I couldn’t handle I could always submit my design to a 3D printing service. I suggest signing up for 3D content, info and trends with all3DP.com’s newsletter; a wealth of information about the 3D printing industry and trends will come at you weekly.

Do not consider it a boast but I have worked on multiple 3D printers and have bought a number of them too.

But among them, the one that satisfied me the most was Tevo Little Monster Large Delta 3d Printer and has delivered may fine operations. Highly recommended.

How do you compare your printers before you buys them? Do you read reviews or look into the technical details of what the printer is capable of? Maybe both?

I feel like there are so many options now a days I don't know how anyone makes a choice.
