I Am Mech Engg Student I been trying to perform a project on Ansys Polyflow (Thermoforming using plug) could not succeed...during solution it runs but stops suddenly and shows error WRONG NORMAL VECTOR IN CONTACT SHELL...I tried using diff values in contact condition but failed...i had gone through blow molding video and followed the same steps so please Kindly try to help me out of these problem...

Please check the axis of movement of mould shell. Try using negative values.
