I need to design a rim for my friends homework, but I don't have much experience with ansys. I would appreciate how you would do the rim analysis, what kind of loads would affect the rim and help with the analysis.

There is some video information about stress state of dumpcar wheel hub under selfweight. Do you mean such case? Do you poses wheel rim geometry? Are loads and constraints given into your friend homework?
