Here is the plan from the project. There are no detailed walls, doors etc. at the moment.


That´s the overview about the whole building. Main entrance hall in the middle. Event hall on the left (shown with chairs). You also have a seated area with possibility to buy drinks or small food during the event.


On the right you have a nursery for kids during the week and also a possibility to have childcare during the event. 


Smaller event hall is also located here.


The following plan shows the single areas of the building:

Orange:

Childcare/nursery with five groups, some offices and rooms for laundry etc. 

On the right end (over the food area) there is an empty space at the moment without a usage.


Given points from the customer: at least five rooms; room for 50+ children; room for sport activities, etc. ; possibility to have a transit and counter to recieve kids during events.



Red:

Smaller event area with room for 120 seated people. The event room can be used as gym for the nursery. Also a small entry hall and a side room for meetings, etc. 


From this area you can go to the upper floor where the management is located with offices and meeting rooms (via stairs).


Given points from the customer: Event room for 100-200 people; second room; toilet access; kitchen access for catering possiblities. 



Non marked area between red and green:

Toilets and bathrooms are located here and can be reached from main hall but also from the smaller event area. The areas can be seperated via lockable doors. 

On the right side, the kitchen and food/drink storage is located. 


Given points from the customer: Possibility for catering during events; enough toilets for 1000 people. 



Blue:

Building services such as power inlet, ventilation, servers, etc.


Given points from the customer: Building services need to be located near an entrance to have easy access in case of maintenance and emergency. 



Green:

Big event area with entry hall and seated area on the top and counter for hospitality. Main room with fixed tribune on the back (to have better view from the last rows. Fixed area for event technic (sound/light, ...) in the tribune area. Chair storage in the corridor outside the main room. The corridor also connects the entry hall with the backstage area to have the possibility to bring in equipment without using the main room. Also for artists to leave the location from backstage. Stage is planned with 20m wide and 5m deep to have enough space for bands. Backstage area is not detailed at the moment. Should contain restrooms, hospitality room for artists, make-up room, ...


Given points from the customer: Big entrance hall to have space for all people before and after each event; seated area with possibility to give out drink/food; both side entry because the building is located between the street (right side) and the main parking lot (left side); main room for 1000 people without seats; possibility to have access to the backstage area without using the main room; stage for full size bands, concerts, etc. ; backstage area for VIP´s/storage.




I hope I got all the points which are nesessary in this project. The current plan is my first idea to fit all the given points.
