Am I alone in this case?

Hello to all lovers of space and architectonic intrusion!

There was a time when I said to myself that a small additional cost (about 5%-10%) for the well-being of users and customers, in relation to the layout of the space was in order, it goes without say that it was for sociological and psychological well-being... At the beginning of the 21st century (although the approach had already been in vogue since the 1970s), I think that the development of space must first take into account the "impact" side on biology, water, carbon footprint, energy and economic cost".
How to design "sustainable" (I admit a little, denying this thermal bath so overused in France...), the task seems immense to me! How to do better with less, I still see in my professional and client entourage that we are far from resilience! Did I come across the only design office that still thinks like that, that it is enough to use a few biomass materials to "label" and that an "eco-management" of construction waste enough to be able to hold your head up???
No notion of resilience, of Low-Tech to open a track to the customer for certain non-realizations (in particular dobotics on small and medium projects)... Sorry for my bad English.
