My experience of exporting surfaces in stl is that these always have holes in the mesh because exporting correctly depends on several factors ranging from the correct tolerance values, to whether the surfaces "closed" or not in tangency or curvature or even in position . Would anyone have a "cake recipe" on how to export to stl without using too many stitch tools, etc?
