I placed a link to the model in original post. I started with running a sketch based track around the doors capture groove obut my roadblock has been getting the slats to transition from flat side to radius of corner. I would like to do this without cutting unnecessary holes or using hidden parts that are only used in the animations as this could lead to confusion for another builder.

The question is, what have you tried so far?

Also how detailed is your assembly?
