Need help for solving Dxf file problem in inventor.

Earlier I was able to open dxf files directly in my inventor 2017. But, now I don't what has gone wrong with software , whenever I try to open a dxf file it opens a blank dwg file. don't know why. Please help me its urgent. if any more details is required pls write in comments. Thank You.

Start inventor and make sure you open DXF files with the options that you want

When opening the DXF go to NEXT instead of finish and then change your options
