Cars and Automotive Design

Hello! 

I'm looking for someone who can make an offer to design or use some existing platforms similar to the Forza or Euro Truck Simulator game.

I would like to develop a software that is based on a CAD program, where the program can automatically adapt the vehicles by selecting the vehicles that need to be loaded into a load of our car hauler models. The optimal way must be based on the dimensions of the cars that need to be loaded and the dimensions of our particular trailers.

We would have to create a vehicle database, where the user can choose the vehicles. The user has to have the ability to use the program offline as well.
