How do show the Cartesian Axis?

Could inform what need to do in the configuration to show the "Cartesian Axis" as the picture.

Your screenshot shows a picture of the "compass" which is normally in the upper-right corner of the CATIA V5 screen. To show (or hide) the compass, click on the View menu (top of window) and then check the box in front of the Compass option.
