How to model MONO TUBE MR Damper in CATIA

Hii
is there anybody to help me in modeling of Mono tube MR damper am not getting how to model it with exact dimensions even am not getting the dimensions too please help me in this regards

Some dimensions have to assume. I attached CAD file that made as per screenshot. Have a look.
