not responding Error

Hello everyone. I have been using Catia v5 r21 about for 1 years and when ı used this programme I didn't meet any error.
But last week ı opened catia and started to drawing, when drawing even a simple drawing ı got "not responding" error. And sometimes I also got blue screen of doom. I didn't do any updating. And today I've formatted but I still get this error.

the Feature my notebook: 16 gb ram, 1650 gtx, Ryzen7 3750H

Please Help.

Hello EMRAH YAKİ,
Possible to share screen shot of same with an error. I think there might be an issue with linkage break or maybe something else...
