These guys are launching a new electric moto brand and just launched a presale campaign. The guys at Dust Moto are ones I had worked with at UBCO Electric adventure bikes. They moved on and some of the coolest people from the team have moved over to help them launch a new thing after the shelving of the FRX1/NEEMATIC/SAGE/FRX concepts failed to get off the ground at UBCO. Wishing them all the best as they endeavor to build a new homegrown electric motorcycle brand. Check out the blog at dustmoto.com


I would love to know the groups take on what the possibilities are when launching an entirely new bike to the market. Obviously the folks here are fans but what do you see at the general publics response to these sorts of endeavors?

To be honest, there is a ton of fluff and almost no detailed content of the actual bike. I have worked for many startups that pretend to have something and make outrageous claims while everything is in 'stealth' mode.


If it was that damn good start showing the details to figure out what needs to be fixed NOW and not in the alpha or beta versions.


Also this will take a boatload of cash to get into production and if the VCs have not funded production, it is vapor at best.
