I need a type of metal attractor and its program to help me recover metals from the waste mineral and the mineral waste using electricity and electronics system.

This is a chemical engineering problem initially, not an electrical engineering problem ! Talk to a chemical engineer first.

Once you figured out the chemical process and you want to apply electronics to the process, only then can we help you.
