Wings3D - Virtual Sculpting

File Support:

  • Export: OBJ

Pros:

  • Context sensitive interface
  • Configurable interface and hotkeys
  • Wide range of Selection and Mesh tools
  • UV mapper, Vertex Colors, Materials, and Lights
  • translated to work in 15 languages

Cons:

  • Mesh topology is not ideal for mechanical parts, but great for 3D printing

Runs on:

  • Windows7 or later: 32/64 bit
  • Mac OS X: 64 bit.
  • Linux Ubuntu 16.04: 64 bit
  • Other Unix: OpenGL-2.1

Not: OpenGL 2.1 required
