The 3D viewer fails on all models, mine and others. It doesn’t seem to work for any type of 3D file source. I’ve cleared my cache and history with no effect. I’m using Safari on an iPad.


The rendered preview of the 3D model works fine.:


The 3D viewer of the same file does not work.

Can you try on different devices or browsers? The 3D viewer sometimes has problems persisting on cookies.

It’s back working today. I made no changes.
