Hi everyone, I hope is Great
Please if you have any edits at my model feel free to write it, i want to design it on real life
thanks in advance
update: I did it already but i want to particibate in competitions so i am looking for enhencements

thanks for your reply, I want you to tell me if there is, i just want to check
Use double hole linkage for stronger holding. Try to center the basket pivot center as much as possible to the linkage attachment. Should use some type of bearing together with retaining rings for basket weight gravity.
The motor mounting plate should have gussets to the frame to handle the load weight. As a direct drive motor, it seems weak for the load. Maybe adding a sprocket linkage reducer or a geared motor.
Hi Everyone, I am Ahmed
Highly motivated Mechatronics Engineer and Solidworks Instructor . I have successfully combined my theoretical knowledge with practical skills to contribute significantly to various projects. My expertise lies in mechanical design, particularly using Solidworks, as well as a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a deep passion for teaching. I have established an academy where I impart knowledge and practical skills in mechanical design using Solidworks. Through this initiative, I have helped numerous aspiring engineers enhance their proficiency in designing and manufacturing complex mechanical systems.........IF YOU ARE WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE, WHY NEED ASSISTANCE????
Your profile claims that this was a graduation project:
If you want to "design this in real life", why are you asking us to critique a miniature prototype that has no hope of working, as designed, in real life?
I'm with Bob, this looks like attention seeking. Please don't take this the wrong way, but the quality of work on your model doesn't square with the information you provide about yourself in your bio.
Hi Steven, I did it in real life and i don't lie about my graduation project year ago, this is for enhencements and future update. We do alot of projects and want to particibate in competations so i am looking for any mistakes that i can avoid now, please don't judge things you and anyone else have no idea about!
I asked for something if you have an answer write it, if you don't please save your words.
Its not your business!
Yes it is!!! We are ALL part of this community and if some members do not "play" according the rules, every member may and can react in order to keep this community clean...
I am puzzled with what is going on with this posting.
Ahmed posted a simple question, can he get a simple answer, that
is the question I am asking to everyone participating post?
As far as I can see this not different that when people participated on the Weekly Challenge posts https://grabcad.com/groups/weekly-challenge-group Everyone was willing to participate on the challenge to show their skills. This posting is no different, it is a challenge for the minds, nothing else.
Go ahead, show your engineering skills, instead of complaining.
I should have worded that differently: Your scale model prototype has no chance at working in real life at 1:1 scale, lifting and indexing real automobiles. Your attachment method to the chain yields two pivot points, one of which is under incredibly high stress (under real-world loads).
>please don't judge things you and anyone else have no idea about!
You're literally asking us to do this...
More importantly, you now suggest that you want to compete with this design. What have you done here, that is better than all of the other rotary parking systems that exist in real life? What is the "winning" factor of this design in your mind?
