What badges are active and which are legacy ?
I am confused by the badges that are shown that have not been active in years and there is no way to qualify for them, but yet they are there for legacy and prosperity; in effect taunting and teasing those who can never qualify for them.
Should they be removed since they are no longer active and available to newcomers or should they expire in another year such that it invites more active participation rather than just a showcase of the early beginnings of grabcad.
Comments and suggestions *highly* sought.

The badge system is being revised.
There are some other posts in this group about badges, and the general consensus is that legacy badges will be maintained as new badges are added. It wouldn't really be fair to remove badges from people that earned them.
I agree that it would be a good idea to differentiate current and legacy badges.
Expiring badges are a possibility, but I doubt members will want to re-qualify for badges. It took me a year to render enough models for Render Bender, not something I want to do again.
