What happens to some STEP models that are never seen in 3D in the gallery?

In my latest model I have uploaded several STEP files that I am sure work correctly, because I have downloaded them from the GC gallery and have been able to open them without problems in SolidWorks.
But there are two of them that were uploaded on January 7 (more than a month ago) and they still have no preview and cannot be seen in the 3D viewer.

These are the two largest sets of the project but, in any case, they are not larger than many other projects that I have uploaded and that can be seen without any inconvenience!

In this case, the models have been created in SolidWorks 2020 and saved as STEP.

Since the model was for a NASA challenge, I have many doubts about whether the judges were able to download it from the gallery and open it without problems (I tried it several times: download from GC and open in SolidWorks and it worked well, but still I have questions because the GC viewer seems to have trouble processing the files long afterward.)

The project in question is at: CP-572
and the two models that do not finish processing are:
Group_7_elevators_10x6CTB.STEP
_MEVconcept.STEP

As always, various CAD files including STEP files may not render correctly. Sometimes they may never render. This is a problem with all web sites that host CAD files. The ONLY way to ensure you get renderings is to create your own renderings and upload them to the gallery.

If you uploaded the STEP files, even though they didn’t render, they are still there and available for download.
