The search engineers needs to be integrated with invite new members button.

I have had real issues with this inviting new members and some report back they are getting a

404 page.

I then have no option but to search them by username individually then invite them using the

invite new members button. This is such a time consuming process.

Imagine having to search through every engineer interested in electronics using the search engineer’s page. Then having to click on every single engineers user page individually and copy down their username. Then having to paste this on a completely separate list. Then you have to find your way back to the engineers list page and repeat the process over and over with the next engineer and the process goes on . When you have repeated this process however many times and engineers you want to invite, then you have to find your way to your members page and click on invite new member button. Then you have to enter every individual user on your list in to the invite new member section just to invite them. It gives me a headache just thinking about it.

The invite new members button need to be integrated to the search engineers page or vice versa to make finding and inviting new members process easier.
