Drawing approach for solidworks beginner.

What would be the best approach after having been learned simple 3D drawings that use boxes, circles, extrudes and other basic commands? Please suggest learning methods and designs to work on.

I'll suggest you to go through youtube - choose any product you would love to make - watch the video step by step - and then do it all by yourself. That's the best way to get the idea of 3d designing. It worked for me, hope will work for you.
