Exciting position available for an experienced CAD technician at a dynamic shipyard specializing in the design and construction of commercial composite work boats and fishing vessels.
Responsibilities
3D modelling and project assembly using CATIA.
Management of design drawings and models.
Generation of engineering drawings and schematics.
Support production teams with design details.
Skills and Experience
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering or design related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience using CAD software.
Experience using CATIA will be advantageous.
Experience in a boat building environment will be advantageous.
Candidate must be able to relocate or commute, this is a full-time position in Vredenburg, Western Cape.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
