To strengthen our SNECI team in Central Europe, we are hiring a consultant for a position of CAD engineer to join our engineering project in the automotive industry in Slovak Republic.

About the job opportunity

Start of the project: February 2023

Location of the manufacture: Trnava, Slovak Republic, on-site position

Type of employment: employment contract with SNECI Group

Compensation package: hourly rate according to candidate’s qualification

You will be responsible for

Within the framework of the development of the project :

• with the support of the design team produce the technical constructions and make them converge by relying on the process trades
• alerting the business lines in the event of non-convergence
• the integration of the form plan in the definitions in cooperation with your design team
• the integration of internal interfaces according to the schedule drawn up by the business line
•  the creation and follow-up of the internal part modification sheets
• lead the convergence of the condition plan of the trades
• for purchased parts, participate in the design review supports
• in the event of a mission in the vehicle launch phase (industrialization), guarantee quality convergence by managing the change sheets

In the context of the animation of the delegated interfaces :

• To carry out the piloting and animation of the instances allowing the convergence of all the delegated interfaces
• To be responsible for reporting to the project manager on the progress of the convergence of interfaces on the basis of an objective curve.
• To be responsible for filling in the interface convergence indicator.

What we expect from you                                                              

• Master's degree in general engineering or industrial design
• Minimum experience of 3 years in the automotive sector
• Deep knowledge of Sheet metal stamping
• Deep knowledge of CATIA software program
• Supplier Quality Assurance
