is there any existing mechanism you are using currently?

injection mold mechanism

i understood that you are using injection molding for this purpose. i just wanna make sure that you want a mechanism which automatically removes/cut extra material around outside and inside the ring so that you could get a finished ring. right?

it is oil seal not oring seal

If the layout of seals ejected from mould is always the same, like shown on the photo you could probably use the press with punching die. You insert the whole plate, position it accordingly and punch the seals out.
