Problem with spring clutch design

Hello,
I have a problem with understanding the dimensions of this clutch. I'd like to draw the underlined load case (1,09 kNm), but for me there is something wrong with this data, for example diameter "D" is 180 mm, but bolt center ring diameter "Dp" is 170 mm so it's only 5 mm from bolt axis to the wall - then 6 mm diameter pin is I think max what you can use. And the whole clutch weights 64 kg, for me there is something wrong with those dimensions.
What is your opinion? I understand how this kind of clutch works, but can't imagine it with those dimensions.
Thank you.
