As I know inclining experiment is to check VCG for final vessel in lightweight condition.

Anyway you will need a device for measuring heeling angles may be (pendulum, manometer or inclinometer)

And of course you will need a way to achieve these weight shifts maybe ( means of solid weights or even tanks in large vessels)

Thanks, I'm familiar with the experiment process. My main aim to discuss this topic is to reach to other people who had completed this process with model ships or hull structures. Trying to get some information about implementation of this experiment in scaled models rather than real vessels.
