Yes and no.

It won't be a native SW 2013 file with a feature tree unless the part is remodeled in SW2013.

Saving a SW file as a parasolid, step, or other common format will allow it to be opened in SW2013, but the feature tree will be lost. You'll have a "dumb solid".

"Dumb Solids" are smarter than you think.

It's the CAD silly environment that makes them silly.

If there aren't many complex geometry on the part, you can try to save it in .x_t format, import and recognize the features on SW 2013. Things like holes, radius and chamfers are usually recognized doing this.

If you provide me the sw files, let me redraw the files and send you in sw2013 format.
